1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MaliTrader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free-tier users, and paying subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use MaliTrader. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Account Registration & Security

When you create a MaliTrader account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Payment & Subscription

MaliTrader offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Mali Pro). For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information directly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

MaliTrader is designed to help you:

• Practice forex trading in a simulated environment with no financial risk
• Track and journal your trading activity for personal improvement
• Analyze your trading performance with data-driven insights
• Backtest strategies against real historical market data

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use MaliTrader for any of the following:

• Any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or staff
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of platform data
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you create within MaliTrader, including journal entries, trade notes, and strategy configurations. By using the platform, you grant MaliTrader a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not share, sell, or use your trading data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

MaliTrader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform or its data.
• We are not liable for any trading losses, whether simulated or real, that result from using MaliTrader.
• We are not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of MaliTrader shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, your right to access MaliTrader ceases immediately, though we may retain your data as required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or through the platform. Your continued use of MaliTrader after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
